The multigenerational facilities of Chavanne are characterized by an entryway conceived as a true meeting place stretching to the upper floors via a central void. In the upper floor apartments, a central area integrates a small service area with kitchens and bathrooms, maximizing flexibility for the rest of the plan. Loggias provide continuity between interior and exterior.
